Depurar apps de Flutter desde el código
Cómo habilitar varias herramientas de depuración desde tu código y en la línea de comandos.
Esta guía describe qué características de depuración puedes habilitar en tu código. Para obtener una lista completa de herramientas de depuración y profiling, consulta la página de Depuración.
Añadir logging a tu aplicación
#La siguiente lista contiene algunas sentencias que puedes usar para registrar el comportamiento de tu aplicación. Puedes ver tus logs en la vista de Logging de DevTools o en la consola de tu sistema.

print(): Imprime un mensaje enstdout(salida estándar). Parte de la libreríadart:io. -
stderr.method_to_invoke(): Imprime un mensaje enstderr(error estándar). Reemplazamethod_to_invoke()con un método soportado por la propiedadstderr, tal comowriteln()owrite(). Se usa a menudo en un bloquetry...catch. Parte de la libreríadart:io.dartstderr.writeln('print me'); -
log(): Incluye mayor granularidad y más información en la salida del log. Parte de la libreríadart:developer. -
debugPrint(): Si una salida excesiva provoca líneas de log descartadas, usa esto para conservar esas líneas. Imprimirá mensajes en modo release a menos que sea parte de una comprobación de modo debug o un assert. Parte de la libreríafoundations.

También puedes pasar datos de la app a la llamada a log.
La convención para esto es usar el parámetro nombrado
error: en la llamada a log(), codificar en JSON el objeto
que deseas enviar y pasar la cadena codificada al
parámetro error.

La vista de logging de DevTools interpreta el parámetro error codificado en JSON como un objeto de datos. DevTools lo renderiza en la vista de detalles para esa entrada de log.
Establecer puntos de interrupción
#Puedes establecer puntos de interrupción en el Depurador de DevTools o en el depurador integrado de tu IDE.
Para establecer puntos de interrupción programáticos:
Importa el paquete
dart:developeren el archivo correspondiente.-
Inserta puntos de interrupción programáticos usando la sentencia
debugger(). Esta sentencia acepta un argumento opcionalwhen. Este argumento booleano establece una pausa cuando la condición dada se evalúa como true.El Ejemplo 3 ilustra esto.

Depurar capas de la app usando flags
#Cada capa del framework de Flutter proporciona una función para volcar su
estado actual o eventos a la consola usando la propiedad debugPrint.
Imprimir el árbol de widgets
#Para volcar el estado de la librería Widgets,
llama a la función debugDumpApp().
- Abre tu archivo fuente.
- Importa
package:flutter/rendering.dart. - Llama a la función
debugDumpApp()desde la funciónrunApp(). Necesitas tener tu app en modo debug. No puedes llamar a esta función dentro de un métodobuild()cuando la app se está construyendo. - Si no has iniciado tu app, depúrala usando tu IDE.
- Si ya has iniciado tu app, guarda tu archivo fuente. Hot reload vuelve a renderizar tu app.

Esta función llama recursivamente al método toStringDeep() comenzando con
la raíz del árbol de widgets. Devuelve un árbol "aplanado".

Todos los widgets proyectados a través de sus diversas funciones de construcción.

Muchos widgets que no aparecen en la fuente de tu app. Las funciones de construcción de los widgets del framework los insertan durante el build.
El siguiente árbol, por ejemplo, muestra
_InkFeatures. Esa clase implementa parte del widgetMaterial. No aparece en ninguna parte del código en el Ejemplo 4.

Imprimir el árbol de renderizado
#Al depurar un problema de layout, el árbol de la capa de Widgets puede carecer de detalles. El siguiente nivel de depuración podría requerir un árbol de renderizado. Para volcar el árbol de renderizado:
- Abre tu archivo fuente.
- Llama a la función
debugDumpRenderTree(). Puedes llamar a esto en cualquier momento excepto durante una fase de layout o paint. Considera llamarlo desde un frame callback o un manejador de eventos. - Si no has iniciado tu app, depúrala usando tu IDE.
- Si ya has iniciado tu app, guarda tu archivo fuente. Hot reload vuelve a renderizar tu app.

El render object RenderParagraph#59bc2 elige su tamaño en función de
sus contenidos.
Si sigues los tamaños de regreso hacia arriba en el árbol,
verás cómo el tamaño del texto influye en el ancho de todas las cajas
que forman el botón.
Todos los padres toman las dimensiones de su hijo para dimensionarse a sí mismos.
Otra forma de notar esto es mirando el atributo relayoutBoundary
en las descripciones de cada caja.
Esto te dice cuántos ancestros dependen del tamaño de este elemento.
Por ejemplo, la línea RenderPositionedBox más interna tiene un relayoutBoundary=up13.
Esto significa que cuando Flutter marca el RenderConstrainedBox como sucio (dirty),
también marca los 13 ancestros de la caja como sucios porque las nuevas dimensiones
podrían afectar a esos ancestros.

Los caracteres alfabéticos se "asientan" sobre la línea base alfabética,
pero esa línea base "corta" la parte inferior de los caracteres CJK.
Flutter posiciona la línea base ideográfica en la parte inferior de la línea de texto.
El flag debugPaintPointersEnabled
activa un modo especial que
resalta cualquier objeto que toques en azul turquesa.
Esto puede ayudarte a determinar si un objeto falla en el hit test.
Esto podría suceder si el objeto cae fuera de los límites de su padre
y por lo tanto no es considerado para el hit test en primer lugar.
